Lewiston Public Library Collection: “Living and Learning with Down Syndrome Today”
The Family & Friends Down Syndrome Association of Niagara, Inc. purchased and donated an extensive collection of books and related media in DVD format completely devoted to every matter imaginable about people living and learning with Down syndrome today.
The material spans children’s fiction, family non-fiction, early intervention manuals, inclusion guides, and research-based literature that holds the interest of children, adults, teachers, speech pathologists, and healthcare professionals serving our families.
Memorial & Foundation Tribute: This collaborative endeavor with the Lewiston Public Library and the NIOGA Library System (Niagara, Orleans, and Genesee Counties) was made possible through generous contributions in memory of Mrs. Angela R. Sirianni, a beloved local teacher, and The Friends and Family Foundation of “Paulie G.” Graczyk.
